These terms govern use of FrontDeskReply's AI receptionist, website chat and related services.
The service
We provide an AI assistant that answers your business's calls and website chats using information you approve, and sends you conversation summaries. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for confirming any bookings, prices or commitments with your customers.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Voice usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at the posted rate. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to mislead callers, or to collect information you're not permitted to collect. You're responsible for any notices your jurisdiction requires about call recording or AI assistants.
AI limitations
AI responses can occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. The service is designed to defer to you when unsure, but it is not a substitute for your own judgment on important matters.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those stated here.
