Setup is done for you. We start with a 30-minute call, then we write Vela's knowledge base from your website, pricing and policies, install the chat bubble on your site with one line of code, and connect your phone line. You review everything before it goes live. Most businesses are live within a few days.
How much does it cost?
Two plans, month to month. Chat is $149 a month for Vela on your website. Chat + Phone is $299 a month and adds phone answering with 300 minutes included, then 15 cents a minute. Setup is included. No long-term contract.
How does the phone answering work?
Vela answers your business line in a warm, natural voice with your business name. She answers questions from your knowledge base, asks how the caller heard about you, takes their name and number, and emails you the full transcript the moment the call ends. You can keep your current number by forwarding it, or get a new local number.
