FrontDeskReply ("we," "us," "our") builds AI receptionist software for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We keep account data while your account is active plus 90 days after cancellation, then delete it. Billing records are retained 7 years for tax compliance.

6. Cookies & analytics

The chat widget uses a session cookie to track an active conversation. The marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement. No cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use row-level security, strict IAM, and regular backups.

8. Children

FrontDeskReply is a business product not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will email the account owner. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
